Power Up.

Power Up is essentially an employee ‘listening strategy’ designed to harness employees ideas through feedback.

This could have potentially been a piece of dry rational reasearch but we used fluid, emotive typography, playful human expressions with a killer sign.

The Results: An unprecedented number of employees engaged in the programme. Power Up is now viewed as a benchmark for JTI Corporate Communications.
